  Compared to newton dunkin, these girls always seem half asleep in the AM. I've had to repeat my order three times a couple of times, the drive through is too slow for this to be somewhere people go on their way to work.

  There are two reasons why I'm giving this Dunkin Donuts 5 stars.
  1) The location.  The one that used to be across the street years ago was a little bit out of the way. It's nice to have a Dunkin Donuts right on 23 with a drive thru.
  2) Britney and Joey are the two employees that I see the most. I can honestly say, they're great and I never leave that please without a smile on my face.  There's another girl Ashley who I've known for less time but she is a sweetheart as well.    I'm not too familiar with the night crew on my Britney or Joey are working that night or covering for someone else.  But there is a gentleman that works there who my husband often sees at 5 in the morning on his way to work, I've met him, and he truly is another one that is super sweet.
   In my opinion, there is a lady that I've seen there a couple times and I'm not sure if she's the manager or the owner, but she seems a little one the fake side.  The fact that they would hire someone who was working at the window literally nodding out is beside me. Not once or twice but a few times while sitting at the drive thru waiting to pay or get extra napkins, that person literally nodded out for a good 6 seconds in front of me having and my daughter.  My 15 year old questioned why she was like that.  Another time, other than nodding out, she was also very slurred when speaking.  It kind of sucks to know that they wouldn't hire my other teenager because he is a "teenager".  A teenager who is very responsible, is an honor roll student, has studied a year of culinary, and simply wanted a job to start saving up for a car.- But they would hire someone who is obviously high on something.  I know a friend of mine complained about the other situation because she had encountered it as well. 
  Oh well...they judge 1 teenager based on what they've been unfortunate to have. Also, yes, bathrooms are clean as is the location.
  Again...my 5 ☆ Goes to my favorites Brittany, Joey and Ashley. Oh! And the very very early morning guy!
